Located on the Santa Monica Mountains, this expansive estate spans over 13,000 square feet and includes a separate 1,200-square-foot guesthouse. According to the LA Times, the 30-year-old rapper has been leasing the mansion since October for a monthly fee of $58,000.
Built in 2019, the house is designed with windows on all sides, providing breathtaking views of the Los Angeles canyons. The pristine white exterior is complemented by spacious balconies adorned with French doors and striped window coverings.
The majority of the estate features impressive 18-foot ceilings, adding to the sense of grandeur. Tyga can unwind in his spacious master suite, complete with dual tubs and a picturesque view of the surrounding green hills.
One of the highlights of the estate is Tyga’s walk-in closet, which houses his vast collection of rare designer sneakers. Additionally, the home includes a well-equipped gym where the Compton native can showcase his physique.
