Wiz Khalifa, a rapper, purchased a stunning new property in Encino, San Fernando Valley, for $3.4 million after three years in a $16,000 monthly Los Angeles rental.

Khalifa upgraded to a second luxury residence three miles away for $7.6 million, while maintaining ownership of his natal home in Pittsburgh.

It is unclear if he has installed his desired facilities, such as a marijuana bar, music studio, and Steelers-themed game area.

With a net worth of $60 million, he can pursue his desires thanks to his successful music career, his Khalifa Kush marijuana strain, and his Weed Farm game.

Khalifa’s modern farmhouse-style home, built this year, has almost 8,000 square feet of open-concept living space with blonde hardwood flooring, wood-beam ceilings, and designer lighting. Among the features are a detached guesthouse, gym, movie theater, and home office.

The two-story stucco and wood building has three adjacent parking spaces and a spacious motor court in front, perfect for the singer’s vintage vehicle collection, which Architectural Digest says includes a Mercedes Benz, a 1969 El Camino, a Chevelle, muscle cars, and a Chevelle.
