Kobe Bryant owns an old mansion, saving it for his children and grandchildren, but refuses to sell it no matter how high the price is

Just over six months after being up for sale, Kobe Bryant’s former Irvin, California, home is back on the market for $2.6 million. Furthermore, there’s no denying that the individual has changed.

The late Laker’s lender and his wife, Vanessa Bryant, originally paid $1.3 million for the aforementioned three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home.

Nine months after the five-time NBA champion’s poorly advised purchase, on October 27, 2020, Venessa listed the house for $1.995 million. Two days later, the Los Angeles Times reports, the property was purchased for $2 million.

The house is described as a “fully remodeled single-story unit” in the description.

Irvine Smith, a former player for Kobe Bryant, is back on the market for $2.6 million.

Tucked away in the private gated community, The Summit at Turtle Ridge is a portion of the immaculate Orange County neighborhood that just underwent more than $200,000 in upgrades.

The establishment has a gourmet kitchen with a wide marble island, a custom brick fireplace, professional-grade appliances, and a delightful breakfast nook. The wood cabinets and paneling are mostly conventional, yet there is a modern, white, contemporary vibe throughout.

The Tuscan-style inn has amenities including a built-in barbecue, a Jacuzzi, a beautifully landscaped backyard with a lawn, and a bar with seating.

A spacious walk-in closet, an enlarged shower, views of the grass, and a unique dual-vanity bathroom are all found on the main floor of the house. Some have compared this location to “a motel.”

Wiley Vanesses, 38, started this business with Kobe and is still a resident at the five-bedroom, six-bathroom home. Newark Three kids, the coast state, Natalia, Belarus, and Capri are all just a short distance away.
