Montero Hill, known as Lil Nas X to his miℓℓio𝚗s of Instagram and TikTоk fans, became “officially a homeowner” this month.
Now documents show that everyone’s favorite 21-year-old country-rap cowboy hybrid has taken his horse and Porsche out to the valley, where the Georgia native has spent $2.4 miℓℓio𝚗 for a restored 1950s mansion in a beautiful Sherman Oaks neighborhood.
Over the past four years, the hillside property was renovated and sold for slightly under $1 miℓℓio𝚗 in 2017. The historic town road leads to a two-car garage on the street with a glass front entrance through a waterfall into a pond.
The large great room has wide-plank hardwood floors and separate dining and living rooms with a linear fireplace set into a stone mantel. Recessed lights punctuate all-white ceilings and walls.
The kitchen has a large island, two ovens, and a wine fridge. The main living quarters are connected by a wide glass pocket door to a balcony with “unbelievable panoramic views” of the San Fernando Valley skyline.
All four bedrooms have ensuite full baths. Two rooms are used as a gym and office, while the master bedroom has a private balcony with bird’s-eye views. Dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a custom-built walk-in closet are in the adjoining bathroom.
The listing mentions a “sеcrеt room” in the house. A wooden terrace faces the skyline. It has an elevated jacuzzi with pool and spa parts, but no swimming pool.
Myles Lewis of Compass represented the buyer, while Jeremy Daniels-Stock of Barefoot Realty listed.
