Football sensation Bukayo Saka has teamed up with athletic apparel behemoth New Balance to inspire the youth of today and tomorrow.

Not only did the 20-year-old excel on the field, but he also excelled academically, earning all-A’s at Edward Betham C of E Primary School in Greenford, where he went to elementary school. Saka’s visit was more than a nostalgic stroll; it was a chance to ignite the imaginations of young people.

To help ensure that the school’s future football players have the right gear to reach their full potential, New Balance and Saka collaborated to donate new shirts. But the collaboration isn’t limited to clothing. An other source of inspiration for the pupils is the mural that Saka had created for the school.

“Going back to my primary school yesterday was a special feeling,” she said. I wish my presence might have shown the young kids there that their aspirations may come true. I meаn, I’ve been there, done that not long ago.

 

It’s inspiring to see Saka so committed to giving back to the school that had such a profound impact on his life. His impact goes much beyond his hometown; he serves as an inspiration to the whole country.
