Steve Harvey spent his entire life earning money to build a flashy castle so that his large family could live comfortably, and later gave it to his daughter

Harvey comes after Madea. These obstacles are usually amusing. According to TMZ, Harvey, a comedian-turned-talk-show presenter, and his wife Marjorie paid $15 miℓℓio𝚗 for Tyler Perry’s Buckhead property in Atlanta, Georgia.

A TV network might be founded solely on the content of Harvey and Perry. “Showtime at the Apollo,” “Celebrity Family Feud,” and Miss Universe are hosted by the 63-year-old. Among other networks, Perry has shows on BET, Netflix, OWN, and Nickelodeon. Both were homeless and lived in their cars before they were great entertainers.

Perry sold the 35,000-square-foot property for $17.5 miℓℓio𝚗 in 2016 after spending nearly two years on the market with an outrageous $25 miℓℓio𝚗 asking price. Despite the miℓℓio𝚗s of dollars’ difference between the asking price and the sale price, the mansion represented Atlanta’s most expensive housing transaction.

Take a deep breath before reading about the seven-bedroom, 9.5-bath house’s numerous features. 17 acres of meticulously maintained grounds, trimmed gardens, a 70,000-gallon infinity pool, a lit tennis court, a fully stocked gym, and a separate spa make up the backdrop.

The opulent home is equipped with a backup generator that can power the entire property, a guesthouse, guardhouse, detached caretaker’s suite, sophisticated security system, and other amenities.

The theater, indoor pool, wine cellar, and underground ballroom with catering kitchen are all features of the main mansion’s French Provincial design.

According to buckhead.com, David Turner, a former businessman who became an evangelist, purchased Perry and sold Harvey. His business ventures and home acquisition look absurd.

He told the outlet, “I went online and saw this house, and I felt like God told me, “This is your house.” Turner lost $2.5 miℓℓio𝚗 when he sold the mansion, excluding carrying costs, improvements, and broker fees.

The 6,500 square foot, five-bedroom, 6.5 bathroom estate in Little Elm, Texas, owned by Harvey, together with a sizable property in Atlanta, are both advertised for $1.1 miℓℓio𝚗.

He and his family had resided in a $100,000 per month Beverly Park guard-gated neighborhood mansion in the Californian highlands above Beverly Hills before purchasing the Perry home.
