Metallica Donates 80,000 Euros to Charity Following Sold-Out Helsinki Concerts

The renowned American metal band Metallica played two electrifying shows over the weekend, drawing tens of thousands of fans to Helsinki’s Olympic Stadium.

The band’s impressive performances led to two sold-out nights at the iconic venue. Following these successful gigs, Metallica has announced generous donations to two Finnish charities: the Federation of Mother and Child Homes and Shelters, which supports wоme𝚗’s shelters and domestic viоlence victims, and Hope, an organization aiding low-income families.

Each of these charities will receive a donation of 40,000 euros from the band. Additionally, the band’s sponsor, Iveco, has pledged to match these donations, resulting in a total contribution of 160,000 euros. Consequently, each charity will benefit from an 80,000 euro donation.

In a press release, Hope expressed that this substantial contribution will enable hundreds of low-income children to engage in their favorite hobbies.
