Winnie Harlow is listting her luxurious mansion in Tarzana to support her vitiligo awareness project, a condition she has had since childhood

Canadian model Winnie Harlow has put her stylish residence in Tarzana, CA, on the market for $3,695,000. Known for her advocacy for vitiligo awareness, a condition she has had since childhood, Harlow purchased the five-bedroom, six-bath property at the end of 2020 for $3,289,000.

Expressing her excitement about homeownership, Harlow shared on Instagram, “Going into 2021 a first time HOME OWNER.” However, now she is looking to part ways with the nearly 4,300-square-foot home for a modest profit.

The modern farmhouse, built in 2020, exudes elegance with its open floor plan and upscale amenities. The main room features a cozy fireplace, oak flooring, stylish light fixtures, a coffered ceiling, and crown molding.

The well-appointed kitchen boasts stone counters, a farm-style sink, Thermador appliances, and a walk-in pantry. The family room includes a fireplace, bar, wine cellar, and access to the picturesque rear yard.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom boasts a lofty ceiling, fireplace, private balcony, and two walk-in closets. The main bathroom is equally luxurious, featuring an oval soaking tub and spacious steam shower.

Outside, the property offers a covered patio, fire pit, and a pool and spa with a waterfall, all surrounded by high hedges for privacy. Additional features include indoor-outdoor surround sound, smart technology, and security cameras.

Harlow, who gained recognition as a contestant on “America’s Next Top Model” in 2014, made history as the first model with vitiligo to walk in a fashion show for Victoria’s Secret.
