Bukayo Saka and Son Heung-Min are uncomfortable sitting next to one other during the Burberry fashion show

Fans were quick to voice their concerns after seeing North London rivals Bukayo Saka and Son Heung-Min in the most recent Burberry ad campaign.

The 2024 summer and spring collections featured the Arsenal and Tottenham stars among other famous personalities and models.

Both Saka, the England international, and the Spurs captain sported dapper houndstooth suits; Saka wore a beige trench coat over a green and checkered shirt.

Fans were quick to draw parallels between the two wingers, and it’s safe to conclude that one winger came out on top in this matchup, given the intense rivalry between the two North London teams.

Though others said Saka “just doesn’t have it,” others gushed on Tottenham star Son, calling him a “flyer” and praising the way his suit jacket fit him. ‘What is Saka wearing?’ one person asked, their comment accompanied by a slew of smiling images.

His ‘aura,’ according to some, was in questionable, while Son’s was hailed as absolutely outstanding.

‘Burberry should have tried someone like [Gabriel] Martinelli or maybe [Leandro] Trossard,’ one sly user even went so far as to sаy.

Their September appearance at a Burberry fashion show together was mere days before their North London Derby, so their inclusion in the most recent ad is no surprise.

Last year, Son became an ambassador for the fashion house Burberry, and he represented the label at the legendary fashion show that debuted their Spring/Summer 2024 collection.

Saka, on the other hand, was a prominent celebrity who attended the event and was seated in the front row of the runway alongside his Tottenham opponent. While being requested to move by the photographers, the couple seems awkwardly seated next to each other in a video.

Saka, sensing the reaction of some fans to his sitting next to Arsenal’s opposing captain, anxiously fiddles with his collar while they converse, but neither looks at the other once.
