Explore the Stunning Sacramento Mansion Formerly Owned by Eddie Murphy, Now Priced at $20M
A 2.5-acre estate that was once Eddie Murphy’s residence is currently available for purchase at $12 million, as reported by The Wall Street Journal.
Situated in Sacramento, California, the home boasts 10 bedrooms (including one adorned with Shrek-themed decor), 14 bathrooms, four wet bars, tennis courts, a swimming pool, and a 9-car garage. The property was sold to real estate investor Patrick K. Willis in 2007, a period coinciding with Eddie Murphy’s divorce from his ex-wife Nicole.

Willis acquired the house for $6.1 million, marking it as the most significant residential purchase in the Sacramento area to date. It is presently listed with and Chase International.
Allegedly, Willis never occupied the residence, leaving the original Murphys’ chosen decorations intact.
The mansion is set on 2.5 acres of land in the Granite Bay suburb of Sacramento.
