Dalvin Cook has sold his lavish mansion in Inver Grove Heights after decided to leave New York Jets
Running back Dalvin Cook, no longer with the Minnesota Vikings, has sold his mansion in Inver Grove Heights, MN, for $1,275,000. The 4,800-square-foot home, built in 1991, features five bedrooms and 4.5 baths and is situated in a suburb of St. Paul, less than 30 minutes from Minneapolis.
Cook purchased the private, gated home in 2020 for $1.1 million and listed it for sale in June 2023 for $1.75 million.
The 5-acre property boasts a spacious main house, beautiful landscaping, a pond, and two outbuildings. Inside, the living room showcases a painted-brick fireplace, a sculptural chandelier, and a wall of windows, while the den offers built-in shelving and outdoor access. The eat-in kitchen is elegantly appointed with marble countertops, cream-hued cabinets, and sliding-glass doors leading to a deck.
Oversized bedrooms feature wainscoting, recessed lighting, and wooden window trim, with the primary bathroom boasting a corner soaking tub, a curved vanity, and a glass-walled shower. Additional amenities include a game room with a bar, a fitness room, and a laundry room. Outside, there’s an in-ground pool, a gazebo, a patio, and a sports court.
Cook, 28, was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft and played as a running back for the team for six seasons. In 2023, he split his time between the New York Jets and the Baltimore Ravens.
