Kai Havertz and his simple lifestyle “I’m a soccer star, but when my girlfriend tells me to do the dishes, I will do; I enjoy spending my free time playing with my pets.”

The Arsenal star maintains a minimalist lifestyle and thinks that some of the other players he’s met spend all their money too frivolously. At the age of seventeen, Havertz related a story about himself “maybe (acting) a bit too cool” and getting carried away.

A “fаncy rucksack” he purchased did not provide him with the level of comfort he was hoping for.
“It was white with gold flash, but I just thought: ‘It’s not me.'” the German told The Guardian. It was impossible for me to be serious. I discussed this with my parents. “Kai, it’s not you, just stop it.” is what they would sаy if I changed. In the end, he let his sister Lea have his backpack.

The 2021 Champions League winner also admitted that he must complete his household duties regardless of his performance. “To put the plates in the dishwasher.” is still a phrase that his girlfriend Sophia Weber uses when approaching him.

Havertz went on to sаy that he admires players like N’Golo Kante and Toni Kroos because they are humble and don’t buy “fаncy” stuff. He went on to sаy, “There’s this image of footballers, all fаncy and diamonds and this and that.” Some players I’ve met spend a ton of money on things that make me wonder, ‘Why do you do this?’ While some gamers may not give a hoot, others are really invested. It’s not always about taking credit for your work.

“There are moments when that comes out as a little underhanded. A variety of people have crossed my path. One of them is Toni Kroos; he is laid-back, unassuming, and unconcerned about material possessions.
“He sees beyond football the reality of life. We also have N’Golo Kante. He doesn’t care about fashion or vehicles and has used the same phone for a decade. “[Spending] is not a criterion by which to evaluate individuals. I couldn’ care less whether that brings them joy. Maybe they’re actually decent people at heart; they simply want to be hip. On occasion, it may serve as a shield.

In addition to his charitable work, the former Bayer Leverkusen player has recently established the nonprofit organization Kai Havertz Stiftung to aid both humans and nonhuman creatures. “In recent years, I’ve come to realize that I can contribute in some way,” he continued. I could see it clearly. It ought to be crystal evident to all. It’s more crucial than that. When individuals play football, it brings them joy, gives them something to cling on to, and even helps them out a bit. But alternate methods do exist. Plus, it’s bad for your health to stare at football all the time.
