Ludacris celebrated his graduation from Georgia State University by purchasing a private jet as a gift to himself. After receiving an honorary Bachelor of Science degree in Music Management, Ludacris shared the news on Instagram alongside a video tour of his new luxurious jet.

In the post, he humorously referenced “The Jeffersons” theme song, singing about moving on up to a deluxe apartment in the sky. Ludacris expressed his excitement and gratitude, emphasizing the importance of staying grounded despite flying high.

He was awarded the honorary degree during the university’s commencement ceremony on May 4. Ludacris had previously served as an artist-in-residence at Georgia State, mentoring students and collaborating with professors on projects related to entrepreneurship in the music and film industries. Additionally, he contributed to a course at the College of Law titled “The Legal Life of…”
