Bastardane seeks a bassist through open auditions, led by Castor Hetfield, son of Metallica’s James Hetfield
Bastardane is currently holding open auditions for a bassist, offering a unique opportunity to join a band led by drummer Castor Hetfield, the son of Metallica’s frontman James Hetfield.
The band, known for their sludgy rock sound, debuted with the album “Is This Rage?” in 2022. They have since embarked on numerous supporting tours, including collaborations with OTTTO, featuring Tye Trujillo, son of Metallica’s Robert Trujillo. Notably, Bastardane also participated in Metallica’s “no repeat weekend” tour last year, performing in local venues on Saturdays, sandwiched between Metallica’s Friday and Sunday shows in the same city.
After releasing two singles last year, Bastardane is now seeking a new bassist to complement vocalist Jacobious Lovebone, guitarist Ethan Sirotzki, and Castor Hetfield.
