Nicki Minaj moves into a lavish property worth $19.5 mιllιon, no longer needing to live in a rented house

Nicki Minaj has finally purchased a property after living in large properties distributed over the greater Los Angeles region, from Beverly Hills to Malibu, for many years. Records indicate that the renowned “Starships” of the Grammy Award-winning rapper has crashed-landed in Hidden Hills, a guard-gated community in the San Fernando Valley, where she has spent $19.5 mιllιon on a brand-new mansion.

The large modern farmhouse, constructed this year by a local developer, was sold “before listing on the MLS,” according to the property agent. As a result, it never had a chance to go on the market.

It also has a pool, a pool house, a tennis court, and a three-car garage. The late John A. McCall’s estate, who passed away in 2017 at the age of 90, is selling the property. He was a real estate developer and the founder of the McCall Corporation, which was one of the largest real estate development companies in the country. He also founded the McCall Pattern Company, which is still in business today.

The home is located in the Brentwood School District and is close to the Brentwood Country Mart, Brentwood Village, and the Brentwood Country Club. The home is listed for $9,995,000 with Hilton & Hyland.  The home also has a 2,000-bottle wine cellar, a 1,000-square-foot gym, a 1,000-square-foot office, a 1,000-square-foot guest house, and a 1,000-square-foot pool house. Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Previews International is the agent listing the property.

The home is a 10,000-square-foot mansion with six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a pool, and a tennis court. According to reports, the couple paid $100,000 per month to rent the house from a company called 1 Oak. The couple also owns a home in Miami, which they purchased in 2014 for $4.5 million. The 8,000-square-foot home is located in the exclusive gated community of Gables Estates.  The property also includes a guesthouse, a swimming pool, a spa, a tennis court, and a three-car garage. According to property records, Minaj paid $7.7 million for the property in 2014, and it went up for sale for $10.995 million in 2016. The property was then taken off the market and listed for lease in 2017 for $40,000 per month.
