Grammy Nominees Face Off: Foo FigҺters’ ‘But Here We Are’ vs. Metallica’s ’72 Seasons’ in Chuck’s FigҺt Club
As the Grammy Awards approach, the question of who will take home the trophy for Best Rock Album hangs in the air. Will it be Foo FigҺters with their album ‘But Here We Are,’ or Metallica with ’72 Seasons’ under the banner of Chuck’s FigҺt Club? While the final decision rests with the Recording Academy, this week’s installment of Loudwire Nights allows you to have a voice in the matter.
Despite other nominated contenders such as Greta Van Fleet’s ‘Starcatcher,’ Paramore’s ‘This Is Why,’ and Queens of the Stone Age’s ‘In Times New Roman,’ Chuck believes the ultimate showdown for the Best Rock Album title will likely be between two of the most frequently nominated bands by the Academy – Foo Fighters and Metallica.
Host Chuck Armstrong will unveil this week’s contenders during Monday’s show at 8 PM. Subsequently, on Tuesday and Wednesday at 8 PM, he will present arguments for each album individually. Finally, on Friday at 8 PM, the results of your votes will be revealed. To participate in this competition, ensure you cast your vote before the start of Loudwire Nights at 7 PM on Friday.
A friendly reminder that Loudwire Nights with Chuck Armstrong airs every night starting at 7 PM ET. You can tune in anytime, anywhere by visiting the Loudwire website or by downloading the Loudwire app.
