Inside Rapper Diddy’s luxurious mansion in Los Angeles, where he enjoys a happy life with his beautiful girlfriend, is more than 30,000 square feet with an infinity pool, surprising fans
Sean “Diddy” Combs discreetly parted ways with the San Fernando Valley mansion once owned by his late ex-girlfriend, Kim Porter, who was also the mother of four of his children. Diddy paid $5.3 million for the Toluca Lake property in 2009, but he never lived on it. This year, it quietly changed hands.
The new proprietor of this traditional-style estate is none other than Charles D. King, the visionary founder and CEO of Macro. King, formerly a talent agent at WME turned producer, and his wife Stacey secured the property on the East Coast for a savvy $6.5 million, a shrewd move considering the initial listing price of $7 million. Notably, Charles D. King has etched his name in Hollywood history as part of the groundbreaking, all-black producing team behind the Oscar-nominated film “Judas and the Black Messiah.”
Nestled on an exclusive street behind formidable walls and gates, the residence shares its neighborhood with a constellation of notable figures. From Sia and Viola Davis to Steve Carell and Billy Ray Cyrus, the neighbors include Jennifer Morrison of “Once Upon a Time,” oil heir Nats Getty, and his transgender YouTuber wife, Gigi Gorgeous. Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song, recent buyers of Kiefer Sutherland’s Toluca Lake home, are also in close proximity.
Built in 2006, the wood-clad mansion boasts an impressive six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, spanning nearly 10,000 square feet across two levels. As you step through the front, a double-height entry foyer welcomes you with a checkerboard-patterned marble floor and a curved staircase crowned with a dazzling crystal chandelier. The main level features a capacious living room with a fireplace, an opulent kitchen with a central island and top-tier appliances, and a dedicated screening room.
