NBA legend Dwyane Wade enjoys a luxurious life with his wife and children inside a villa on the Miami beach

Dwyane Wade sold his Miami Beach property with a Miami Heat-themed basketball court for $22 miℓℓio𝚗.

Wade and his wife, Gabrielle Union, are active in real estate. They sold their Sherman Oaks mansion for $5.5 miℓℓio𝚗 in May after buying a 17,000-square-foot showplace in Hidden Hills for $17.9 miℓℓio𝚗 last year.

The $22-miℓℓio𝚗 deal is less than the $32.5 miℓℓio𝚗 he was asking for the beachfront home, but it’s more than double the $10.645 miℓℓio𝚗 he paid in 2010.

The three-time NBA champion transformed the property into a 12,000-square-foot mansion with a wine cellar, movie theater, pool, cabana, and private dock.

The Mediterranean-style two-story villa features a long, covered entryway and lush courtyard and rustic interiors with vaulted ceilings and wooden floors. Both levels have bay-facing windows.

The estate has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and a master suite with a terrace and salon. The waterfront backyard has a spiral staircase and a playground and basketball court painted red and black like the Miami Heat, where Wade spent most of his NBA career.

Wade, 39, made 13 All-Star teams in 16 NBA seasons. He won three NBA titles and the 2009 scoring crown with the Miami Heat. He retired in 2019 and bought a Utah Jazz stake this year.

Brett Harris of Douglas Elliman negotiated all sides.
