Arsenio Hall enjoyed his spacious estate after 66 years of serving his country

Arsenio Hall Keeps on Purchasing Luxurious Mansions! View a Sample of His Stunning New Residence

Arsenio Hall’s amenity-rich estate in the Tarzana neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley has, predictably, been put up for sale now that he has paid $5.2 mιllιon for a contemporary farmhouse-style home in the Calabasas district of Los Angeles.

The 66-year-old actor, comedian, and former talk show host is reportedly asking slightly less than $5.3 mιllιon for the modern estate, or about $1 mιllιon more than he paid “NCIS” actor Sean Murray for the property just a year ago, shortly after it was built.

He is best known for his work on “The Arsenio Hall Show,” which aired from 1989 to 1994, as well as his roles in the movies “Coming to America” and “Harlem Nights.”

A white stucco and dark brown-trimmed building with a spacious motorcourt and three-car garage is hidden behind fences and gates on a level block of land totaling more than a third of an acre.

Six bedrooms and seven bathrooms are located within the 6,500 square feet of two-story living space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, designer lighting, and floor-to-ceiling Fleetwood glass sliding doors, which are accessible through the 12-foot-tall double entrance doors.

Open-concept interiors have a formal dining room that is connected to a living room accentuated by a linear fireplace hidden in a wood accent wall, as well as doors leading to a covered terrace perfect for outdoor entertainment.

The grand entryway has a floating staircase hiding a wine closet. Custom cabinets, two sizable quartz islands with cascading edges, top-of-the-line Thermador appliances, and a walk-in pantry can be found in the nearby gourmet kitchen.

The home also has a movie theater and a flex space that can be used as an office or a lounge area. The large master retreat upstairs comes with a marble fireplace, private balcony, two walk-in closets, and a huge bathroom with a standalone wet room featuring a soaking tub and shower.

The star of the show is a turf-covered backyard with a zero-edge pool, Jacuzzi with a Baja ledge, sport court, barbeque and kitchen setup, and a fire pit. Two guesthouses, one of which is now being used as a gym, Control4 automation, and solar panel systems are also present.
