The Lamborghini Urus has rapidly become the SUV of choice for celebrities and sports stars looking to make a bold statement, joining the likes of Kim Kardashian and Justin Bieber.

 

LaMelo Ball, a rising NBA star with a $35 million, four-year contract with the Charlotte Hornets, has recently joined this exclusive club. Opting for an eye-catching neon green Lamborghini Urus, Ball decided to enhance its features further by entrusting Champion Motoring in Los Angeles with an extensive upgrade.

Undoubtedly, Ball’s Urus stands out, even if its design may not be universally appreciated. The exterior modifications include a body kit from 1016 Industries, featuring a distinctive hood, flared tire arches at the front, new side skirts, and matching flared rear tire arches. At the rear, a rooftop spoiler, trunklid spoiler, a new bumper, and a conspicuous diffuser complete the transformation.

Champion Motoring added a fluorescent yellow wrap, painted the Lamborghini logo on the rear in red, and highlighted the black rims with fluorescent yellow accents. While it remains unclear whether Ball’s Urus underwent mechanical modifications, the SUV’s 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine, producing 641 hp and 627 lb-ft (850 Nm) of torque, ensures it maintains an impressive performance level.
