A decade ago, this emerging real estate investor acquired a foreclosed Mediterranean-style mansion spanning 22 acres in Palmetto, Georgia, for $517,000. He meticulously renovated it to his liking. In 2016, he made another significant real estate investment, purchasing a prestigious property in Beachwood Canyon, Los Angeles, from Grammy-winning rock guitarist Steve Vai for almost $2.5 million.
2 Chainz’s latest real estate venture is a stunning acquisition of a $3.8 million home located in the same neighborhood as the Vai residence. This luxurious property offers a unique blend of contemporary and Mediterranean architectural styles. Interestingly, the house was previously owned by Eva Longoria, who bought it in 2006 for $3.6 million and sold it 12 years later for $436,000.
