Kanye West bought a one-story house right across the street for $4.5M after 2 months of breaking up with Kim

Just two months after Kim Kardashian became the sole owner of their marital home, Kanye West made a significant move by purchasing a single-story house directly across the street, according to The Post’s confirmation.

Eager to secure the property, the rapper paid $4.5 million for the modest five-bedroom, four-bathroom house, which was listed at $4.079 million on December 1st. The transaction was completed on December 20th under the LLC “Spruce Blue Trust,” as per records.

Although West has expressed a desire to reunite his family, a source close to The Post clarified that this purchɑsеwas primarily to ensure he rеmɑi𝚗s close to his children, granting him easy access to them whenever needed.

The house, located in Hidden Hills, spans over 3,600 square feet and is situated on an acre of land with an equestrian ranch on the property. Built in 1955, the home still retains its vintage charm with shaggy beige carpets and wood paneling and cabinets throughout.

The family room overlooks the pool, while the kitchen connects to the dining area. The property also includes a two-car detached garage with a guest unit and a three-stall barn complete with a tack room and hay storage.

Recently, West listed one of his Wyoming ranches for $11 million, while earlier in the year, he acquired a luxurious modern estate in Malibu for an impressive $57.3 million.

The purchɑsеof this new home provides Kanye West with an opportunity to be closer to his family, and despite the need for upgrades, it represents a significant step in the musician’s life.
