Diddy looking for a buyer for $7M for the mansion where ex-girlfriend Kim Porter used to live

Diddy wants $7 miℓℓio𝚗 for one of his two Los Angeles properties. The 2006 clapboard-sided classic sold for $5.3 miℓℓio𝚗 in 2009. The music mogul never lived there.

Instead, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Kim Porter, mother of four of his six children, lived there for years. Porter died in the mansion in November 2018.

Listing photos show the East Coast traditional-style home’s empty interiors. Porter’s only relic at the estate looks to be a 2011 Cadillac Escalade in the driveway.

The half-acre estate is gated, fenced, and secured for solitude. Sia, Viola Davis, Steve Carell, and Billy Ray Cyrus live nearby on L.A.’s lush Toluca Lake’s nicest street.

“Once Upon a Time” star Jennifer Morrison and “This Is Us” creator Dan Fogelman own a house across the street. The Miley Cyrus property next door is now home to oil heir Nats Getty and his wife, transgender YouTuber Gigi Gorgeous.

“[This] stunning traditional is ready for the next owner’s updated finishes,” the Porter estate listing says. The house is massive and majestic.

The roughly 10,000-square-foot home has six bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The double-height foyer’s crystal chandelier, checkerboard marble floors, and curved staircase captivate guests.

Most of the home has lustrous ebony hardwood floors, a massive living room with a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless appliances, a screening room, and an upstairs primary bedroom suite with a private balcony, fireplace, and spa-style bath.

The property has beautiful sycamore trees, trimmed boxwood hedges, a sports court, backyard fireplace, al fresco dining loggia, dark-bottomed swimming pool, raised jacuzzi, and Baja sundeck.

Diddy can buy almost any mansion with his $800 miℓℓio𝚗 net worth. The mogul has a $39 miℓℓio𝚗 Holmby Hills house.

On Miami’s elite Star Island, he owns two side-by-side estates: a 13,000-square-foot mansion he bought in 2003 and the $35 miℓℓio𝚗 house next door, bought this summer from Gloria Estefan.
