Sean “Diddy” Combs’ previous residence in Beverly Hills is now available for purchase at a price of $14.5 million.

This exquisite three-story mansion, which the rapper called home from 2008 to 2013, features a total of five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The recently remodeled property showcases three floors of elegant glass elements and contemporary white walls, complemented by top-of-the-line appliances and nearly every conceivable amenity.

Listing agents Aleks Lipovic, Aaron Kirman, and Holland Ashrafnia of Aaron Kirman Group at Compass describe this property as an “entertainer’s paradise” with a layout tailored for those who enjoy hosting gatherings.

The Beverly Hills residence, initially constructed in 2004, offers a grand entrance on the top floor through a stately foyer that leads to the impressive primary suite. This suite, adorned with hardwood floors and a fireplace, includes a lounge area and a balcony that offers glimpses of the Pacific Ocean and Downtown Los Angeles.

On the upper floor, the marble-furnished bathroom boasts two vanities and showers, accompanied by a bathtub that provides an outlook onto the property’s unmatched views.

The kitchen is centrally positioned on the middle level, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a marble island. This space is designed for easy entertaining, featuring an open-concept dining area and an entertainer’s bar, perfect for hosting guests.

Descending to the lower level, the mansion offers three additional bedrooms and a cozy living room enhanced by a fireplace and ample lounging space. Pocket doors lead to the backyard, where an infinity pool and sunken spa await, alongside a barbecue station.

The Compass website characterizes Diddy’s former abode as the “crown jewel of Beverly Crest,” conveniently located just moments away from Sunset Boulevard and the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel.

According to the property history on the Compass website, the residence was last sold for $9.2 million in 2006.

In a separate venture, Combs also placed his Toluca Lake mansion on the market in October, listing the residence where his late ex-girlfriend Kim Porter resided for $7 million. Combs originally acquired the mansion for $5.3 million in 2009, as reported by Dirt.
