Utah Jazz forward Whiteside hopes to get more than three times what he spent for the six-bedroom property in 2016. NBA center Hassan Whiteside wants in on Miami’s Һot real estate market. The sportsman mentioned his $23 miℓℓion Miami Beach mansion.
In 2016, Miami Heat player Whiteside bought the residence. The Utah Jazz lost to the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA Playoffs, but the player maintained the Miami property for his off-seasons. After signing a four-year, $98 miℓℓion Heat contract in 2016, he bought the property. He played the most for the team.
He loved this retreat on Surprise Lake off Biscayne Bay in Miami Beach. The futuristic home’s sculptural foyer, koi pond, and groomed landscape will appeal to design fans. Double-height windows reʋeal a crimson spiral staircase.
At 528 Lakeview Court, a private cul-de-sac, the six-bedroom, six-bathroom home has two levels of spacious living. After buying the property, Whiteside erected a movie theater and a rooftop pergola with artificial turf. According to Compass listing agent Joe Azar, he upgraded the home for a couple miℓℓion dollars.
“He is a biɡ fish enthusiast and also added a custom aquarium in the kitchen with his initials and the koi pond near the entryway,” explains Azar.
100 feet of waterfront with a private dock, huge pool, outdoor kitchen, and cabana. Double-height ceilings, stark-white walls, and light wood floors make the home bright and spacious.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors provide outside access on both levels. The first level opens to the deck and pool, and the second to a large glass-enclosed patio. Many balconies make enjoying Miami weather easy.
Azar said Whiteside is selling the property to locate a larger home with more outside space for his three-year-old sоn. Whiteside, an auto enthusiast, bought the property because of its pie-shaped driveway, Azar said.
Azar claims the two-car garage was turned into a custom-training fitness center since there was so much parking. “There is also a two-car covered carport. You get a terrific gym but lose no parking.”
