Neymar owns the jaw-dropping five-story mansion which also happens to be a former property of Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho

Neymar hasn’t wasted any time in splurging his fortune following his record-breаking £198 million transfer to Paris Saint-Germain.

One of his most significant expenses so far is the jaw-dropping five-story mansion, with a monthly rent of an astonishing £12,800, which also happens to be a former property of Brazilian football legend Ronaldinho.

Considering Neymar’s weekly earnings of nearly £550,000, this luxurious abode might not seem overly extravagant.

Nevertheless, the lavish features of this 10,800 square-foot residence, which was once owned by iconic French actor Gerard Depardieu, make it worth every penny.

The mansion boasts a massive indoor swimming pool, located in the basement, complete with sun loungers and a breathtaking view of the expansive 5,000 square-meter garden. Additionally, the property includes a sauna, Turkish bath, and a spacious pool room for various forms of entertainment.

This luxurious estate, often described in local media as having a “futuristic appearance,” is situated in Bougival, a charming town with a population of just 9,000 in the Yvelines region, less than ten miles from the heart of Paris.

Reports from RTL’s website suggest that moving trucks from Barcelona have recently been spotted in the area, and several high-end cars have been arriving, hinting at Neymar’s imminent relocation to his new extravagant home.
