Things that overwhelm us inside the mansion of the highest-paid player in NFL history
Former L.A. Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey has listed his Hidden Hills property for $14 miℓℓio𝚗 before moving to Miami to play for the Dolphins. Compass’ Lee Mintz lists.
In late 2020, the 28-year-old Տᴜper Bowl LVI champion bought the modern farmhouse-style mansion for $9.5 miℓℓio𝚗.
The house’s seven bedrooms, eight and a half baths, 10,000 square feet, and three levels were barely changed beyond the plush, monotonous gray décor.
The 1.14-acre grounds were upgraded with a sport court, a poolside pavilion extension, and, most significantly, beautiful formal terraced gardens that climb the hillside behind the house.
The 2020-built mansion has all the high-tech features and luxury amenities of a celebrity-filled L.A. neighborhood. The main level features European white oak and Calacatta marble, a smart home system that controls lighting, security, and audio/visual equipment, and open rooms.
The master bedroom has a sitting area, double-sided fireplace, and two walk-in closets. A balcony overlooks the manicured gardens from the marble spa bath.
The finished basement is a five-star leisure suite, not the 1970s dreary imitation wood-paneled rec rooms. A large lounge with a professional wet bar, climate-controlled wine room, and room-wide windows extends to a subterranean terrace with a sauna box. A gym, theater, and office are also available.
The shaded covered patio with a built-in barbeque is the perfect place to enjoy the lush backyard in the summer. A black-tiled zero-edge spa spills into a swimming pool, and terraced gardens with faux-grass patios and sculpted bushes rise behind the pool and sport court. Several well trimmed seats overlook the pool and treetops.
