A nine-bedroom house with an 80-foot pool has been purchased by the musician for $25.9M.

Purchasing this mansion must have seemed like a “No Brainer” for DJ Khaled. The hitmaker recently acquired a $25.9M Miami Beach mansion from Michael Lerner, the marketer and creator of childproofing products who made the well-known yellow “Baby on Board” signs popular. The 12,750-square-foot mansion includes an elevator, a safe room, a two-level gazebo, a home theater, an outdoor shower, and a fireplace. There are five bedrooms in the main house and four more in the guest house. The limestone estate also features an 80-foot-long swimming pool and a guesthouse.
