Famous male rapper Lil Wayne continues to upgrade his fortune when he just bought a $ 15.4 miℓℓion Hidden Hills mansion

Lil Wayne appears to have made the decision that he likes Los Angeles enough to establish some real estate roots after spending the majority of last year quarantined in a rented Hollywood Hills mansion with his now-ex-squeeze Denise Bidot.

The guard-gated San Fernando Valley community of Hidden Hills is home to many famous people, including Drake, Lori Loughlin, Dwyane Wade, Jessica Simpson, Jeffree Star, John Stamos, and various Kardashian family members, according to TMZ. The 38-year-old rapper paid $15.4 million for an opulent estate there.

Weezy’s new property is practically just across the street from The Weeknd’s Hidden Hills home, which has been on the market since last summer and is still available with a decreased $22 million price tag. It also happens to be right around the corner from Kylie Jenner’s longstanding primary residence.

The hilltop property, which a local developer constructed in 2019, has a 10,000+ square foot main residence and a separate guesthouse on a pad that is lower than the main house.

More than three acres of groomed land make up the complete property; they are all dotted with olive trees and have rolling lawns. The land is surrounded by white picket fences and horse pathways, paying homage to Hidden Hills’ equestrian past because about half of the neighborhood’s residents still maintain horses on their ranches.

Large public spaces are available in the main structure’s modern farmhouse-inspired design, including a sizable living room located directly off the two-story entryway.

Oak wood floors continue into the designer kitchen, which is furnished with two enormous islands, marble countertops, and a full caboodle of superior stainless appliances, including a French range, from the glass-enclosed, temperature-controlled wine closet/display that is located beneath the grand staircase.

Large windows that together flood the house with natural light characterize almost every space in the house. The family room has glass sliding doors that open to a wraparound patio, while the breakfast area is situated next to three walls of windows that view out onto the rear.

Other features include a gym with French doors opening to a loggia, a movie theater with a starry galaxy ceiling akin to something you’d find in a contemporary Rolls Royce, and a blacked-out wet bar with a flatscreen TV.

Additionally, there is a complete outdoor kitchen and BBQ area outside that serves the extraordinarily enormous outdoor dining and party areas. The recreational amenities are completed with a sports court and a pool with a negative edge and an integrated spa.

Five bedrooms are located upstairs, each with an attached bathroom. The master bedroom aims for serenity with a muted color scheme and a fireplace with marble surround.

A large picture window, a crystalline steam shower, a connected display closet, and an open sitting space with walls of windows are all features of the master bathroom, which is connected to the bedroom.

The guesthouse has a small kitchen and a welcoming sitting space, and is reached through its own little driveway.

Although Lil Wayne’s greatest career highs may have occurred in the late 2000s and early 2010s—the 2008 album “Tha Carter III” sold over a million copies in the United States in just its first week—the Dwayne Michael Carter-born musician is still regarded as one of the most important hip-hop artists, with five Grammys to his credit and a whopping 170 songs that have charted on the Billboard Hot 100

He also has the real estate holdings to back it up; in late 2018, he spent $16.8 million on a posh Miami villa that serves as his primary residence when Hidden Hills isn’t calling.
