The 40,000 square-foot mega-mansion, which is situated close to the center of the celebrity-studded and guard-gated enclave, cost a stunning $35M from Rozay. Numerous high rollers have luxurious homes here, including Diddy, Jennifer Lopez, Gloria Estefan, and millionaire Ken Griffen.
